CA APPLES - Controlled Atmosphere Apples

These are apples that we pick and immediately ship to an off-site building that has a room where the carbon dioxide (CO₂) and oxygen (O₂) concentration is controlled, in combination with temperature and humidity in order to maintain the quality of a fresh picked apple.

The CA Apples we have available for sale are Empire, Ambrosia, Snow Sweet, Royal Gala and Ida Red.
